There are so many beautiful vintage linens and trims that lend themselves nicely to repurposing... Wedding gown lace and flour sacks, old silk ties and trims and crocheted doilies. As well, I find myself drawn to the old photos, whether they are descendants or complete strangers, all just frozen in time. Let’s layer these things between gauze and pearls, or ribbons and trim, to create charming cuffs for the wrist. Choose shabby chic, or tailored couture. If time permits, make one of each!
