Italian Lace Journal

The Laces of Italy date back to the 17th century. In this class we will construct a “No Sew” Journal with an Italian lace cover, plus a spine which allows pages to be inserted and removed. We will discuss the origination of Italian laces and their development throughout time. A brief history of Italian Jewelry will also be shared. Your journal will be filled with hand made papers that we will prep and embellish to hold photographs and memories of your journey in Gubbio, Italy.
