Join Dina for artistic play that is all about personal expression. You will work on your visual literacy skills to create artistic stories that are meaningful to us. I adore the way that a line or brushstroke can tell a story, and I adore the written word on artwork.  Let's combine line and text and play with the way they interact. We'll start with journal play and translate our experiments into a little art book that will fit fine into your suitcase on the way home.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned artist, Dina's unique methods will ignite your creativity and inspire you to take your art to new heights. 

Please bring to the class:

Your art journal
Stabilo All pencil in black and a good pencil sharpener
Small watercolor paper (6x9), 10 sheets 
A small assortment of acrylic paints in your favorite colors, including white. Don't bring too many. Limit your palette.
White and black posca pens or other paint pens
Scribble Sticks or Neocolor 2 or the like
Notebook and pencil
Small scissors
Water sprayer
Glue/gel medium
