Have you ever needed that certain floral touch to add to a project? Maybe you wanted that something extra to add to an outfit to give it a finished look? These easy but elegant looking flowers that will be made in this class will amaze you at how they can be used.
In this workshop we will be creating flowers using fabric scraps, feathers, and lace.
Whether you are looking for a rustic weathered peony, or maybe a vibrant carnation, or possibly a plush regal rose, you will learn all of this plus so many more. Students will be learning 7 different techniques and assorted ways to switch them up to create the perfect florals for their needs.
With today’s fashion handmade flowers are the perfect touch. Both men and women are adding floral broaches to their lapels. Flowers in the hair are a perfect accent to dress up any outfit. Floral jewelry in necklaces and cuffs are elegant. As an artist, using flowers in mixed media art panels and assemblages, or journals can give the perfect finishing touch.
This is an informative class where students will leave with learned techniques and many different flowers that can be used in future creations.
