Find an old passport that belonged to you, to a family member, a friend, or to a complete stranger. You will turn it into a voluminous journal, filled with your colors, textures, and visual stories. Honor its bearer’s life whether you know/knew that person or not. Be inspired by its stories, histories, and vulnerabilities, allowing for a unique, wholehearted, and sensual celebration.into our own, to discover and expand through tactile sensorial lively and honest gestures to come together and find connection and newness.

SUPPLY LIST
A passport
A sidekick - a used/vintage book with images/photographs/illustrations you love, to be altered. (Book should lay flat when worked on and preferably not glossy)
Acrylic Paints (a few colors of your choice), container for water, paper towels or/and rags
White Gesso
Black Gesso
A couple of different size brushes, from very thin to wide and flat
Scissors
Matte or soft Gel (Liquitex, Golden)
Fine permanent black pens
Sewing/embroidery needles & sewing and /or embroidery threads in favorite color.
A nice size collection of collage papers, blank mixed media paper sheets, miscellaneous images, original or photocopies, pages from magazines and old book, old journal pages and paintings on paper that you are willing to alter, etc.
