Learn the process of modular origami, a sub-category of paper folding that uses multiple sheets of paper to create intricate, fascinating geometric objects. Students will first learn how to fold each “unit”, which is a single sheet of rice paper. Once students have perfected the folded shape, they may choose between 3 levels of intricacy for their final lamp form, using either 30, 90, or 120 sheets of paper.
Materials Fee $ 35 paid at beginning of class includes everything to make your lamp!
