Woven Whispers

Chris Karpiak
9:00 - 4:30
Friday March 19
$205.00

In this deeply nourishing mixed media class, you are invited to slow down, listen inward, and connect with the truth of who you are through the art of weaving.

Using a rich and tactile collection of original papers, fibres, wool, fabric, and gathered natural elements, you will create a one-of-a-kind woven piece that holds  whispers of your inner truth and your soul’s expression.

You will explore the quiet truths of your soul as you create your own papers and alter fabric that will become part of the weaving. What wants to be expressed?  What wants to be heard?  Each layer of your mixed media weaving will become an expression of your inner soul so you may honor your true voice. You may find yourself releasing, remembering, or gently reconnecting with parts of yourself that have been waiting to be seen and held.

You will be gently guided with care and encouraged to trust your process and honour whatever unfolds.

Leave with a woven piece that holds your story…and the knowing that even the softest voice within you is worthy of being expressed.
