Portland Spring 2027

These colorful, elegant embroidered flowers feature simple embroidery that, when layered, creates a beautiful brooch or pendant. The embroidery is carried out on felt. They are fast and easy to make, and make wonderful quick gifts.  Skill level: Confident beginners and up.  Skill level: Confident beginners and up. Note: All handwork, no sewing machine needed.

Materials Fee $8 paid at beginning of class includes:

Felt,
stabilizer,
embroidery floss,
embroidery & beading needles,
embellishments, 
beading thread,
patterns/templates,
and use of instructor’s marking tools.

Supplies Needed  to bring for Class:

Small scissors or thread snips
A thimble (if you prefer to use one).
Portable light (optional, but some of the classrooms at the Sheraton don’t have the best lighting).
