Curious about intuitive painting? Ready to loosen your grip on perfection and create from a place of feeling? Brave blooms is an invitation to step into a vibrant, supportive space where your creativity, identities, and stories are not only welcomed, but celebrated. Join us for a soulful day of paint and play as we explore bold, expressive florals through the lens of intuitive painting and abstract expression. Flowers, to me, are symbols of life itself. Beautiful, fleeting, and full of emotion. Through them, we’ll practice capturing not just what we see, but what we feel. This workshop is about immersion. Getting lost in color, movement, and mark-making until time fades and your inner voice leads the way. With gentle guidance and plenty of room for brave exploration, you’ll be encouraged to trust your instincts, take creative risks, and discover your own visual language.
What to Expect:
✨ A whole-hearted creative process incorporating meditation, journaling, and mindful presence
Live painting demonstrations with step-by-step support
Techniques for expressive mark-making, layering, and texture
Insight into favorite paints, tools, and mixed media materials
Color mixing guidance, plus tips on value, contrast, and composition
Inspiration using fresh flowers and reference imagery
This is not a paint-by-numbers class. You won’t be asked to replicate someone else’s work. Instead, you’ll be guided to create from your own experiences and intuition. Your voice, your style, your story.
Whether you’re picking up a brush for the first time or you’re an experienced artist seeking renewed inspiration, brave blooms offers a space to reconnect with your creativity, courage, and authenticity.
You are an artist. Come paint like it.
